EDUCATION

Learn nutrition facts, not dieting fads. This section teaches you all about how to start viewing food as fuel. We review the importance of macronutrients + micronutrients, all about hunger/fullness cues, as well as myth bust common unhealthy diet trends. 

EATING MORE

Learn how much you need to eat based on your body, metabolism, + physique related goals. I will teach you the specific technique called reverse dieting that is used inside of Define to help women eat more calories while toning up.

ENJOYMENT

Most would describe me as a "fitness girl" who is super healthy. But in reality, there were so many years of my journey that were controlled by disordered eating + body dysmorphia.
