I'm Gabby

After recovering from an eating disorder, I knew it was my purpose to help other women break free from disordered food rules and habits while also feeling more confident in their body.

My fitness journey started by defining healthy as skinny, clean eating, restriction, intense cardio. This got me to an unhealthy place both physically and mentally and forced me to relearn what healthy actually means.

I discovered that health is not a once size fits all and goes far deeper that what you eat and how you workout.... introducing DEFINE.
